The honest part

A prompt gives you output.
Eight years gives you a story.

I'll be upfront: AI gets the first draft down fast. That's the tool. The part you're paying for is what happens next — the judgment about which hooks land at a real table, what to cut, and what still works at 9pm after several coffees and a sleepy party.

  • 1
    Draft, fast

Tools I built for this exact purpose put words on the page in minutes, not days.

  • 2
    Shape, by hand

I build the wound at the character's core, cut what doesn't serve the story, and structure it so your GM can actually run it.

  • 3
    Land, at the table

Every section is judged against one question: will this make a real session better?

Character Backstory · Sample
Elara Nighthollow

Wood Elf Rogue · Phantom

Elara was twelve years old the first time she watched a person die for something they knew. The man's name was Corin — a dockworker turned reluctant informant who had passed the wrong piece of information to the wrong buyer — and he died in an alley two streets from her mother's stall with his mouth still open from whatever he had been about to say.

She did not run. That was the thing she would remember, later: that she did not run. She stood very still and she watched, and she understood, with the particular clarity that only children and animals can access, that the world divided cleanly into those who kept secrets and those who were killed by them.

"Everyone in this city is protecting someone else's secret and calling it their own. Most of them don't know the difference."

EN
The Wound  — she can no longer tell whether she acts on conscience, or performance all the way through.

Questions worth answering

A raw prompt gives you a villain and a list of locations — useful, but generic. The honest difference: I use AI to get a first draft down fast, then eight years of GMing decides what actually stays. The tool gets words on the page; the judgment about what works is the part you're paying for.

Yes — as a drafting tool, and I want to be upfront about it. The real work is mine: building the wound at the character's core, cutting what doesn't serve the story, and shaping every section with experience at real tables. You're commissioning judgment, not generation.

Primarily D&D 5e and 5.5e, but the narrative elements work equally well for Pathfinder 2e, Draw Steel, and most other TTRPGs. Just mention your system in the brief.

If I genuinely cannot produce something that works for your table, I offer a full refund. Full and Deluxe packages include a revision round; Bespoke campaigns have unlimited revisions for two weeks.

Yes — and homebrew is where the work gets most interesting. The intake form has a full worldbuilding section. The more lore you share, the more precisely I can weave your character into your world.
